Missions :
Sous la direction du Chef de Produits Cosmétiques, vous serez amené(e) à participer au développement de l’offre de parfums et de produits cosmétiques.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
ü Participation au développement produit : Recherche de packagings, Participation à l’élaboration des textes et des noms, Participation à la mise en place d’études réglementaires, Coordination des graphistes pour la réalisation des artworks
ü Elaboration des supports de communication et de formation : Participation à l’élaboration des outils de promotion : échantillons, site internet, Participation au développement d’outils destinés à la force de vente
ü Analyse de marchés et veille concurrentielle : Analyse des ventes de la gamme de parfums et de cosmétiques, Analyse de la concurrence (packagings, formules, discours marketing), Etude des tendances, Pige publicitaires

Profil :
De formation Bac +3 à Bac +5, type école de commerce avec une spécialisation marketing

Sensible à l’univers des parfums et cosmétiques, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et dynamique. Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe, doté(e) d’un esprit créatif et analytique. Maitrise du pack office, en particulier Powerpoint
